Stephen, I could just be like everyone else and say everything you do is great, but that wouldn't be the most help to you in your career. I think you might want to try and take a life drawing class or take a sketchbook to the zoo or park and make really quick drawings of people and animals in motion. Don't ONLY draw cartoons from books or TV. Try to broaden your range.
